Ok.. Pinligt lang tid siden jeg har skrevet.. I dag har jeg været på lagersalg med min moaaar, og fået et sæt Alexander McQueen jeans. Ordentligt lækre. Og et sæt RØDE vivienne westwood jeans.. Røde jeans. Ved ikke om det vil virke. det håber jeg for de er ordentligt nice :D

Refreshing Smoothie Recipe :) U Don't need a blender, and almost NO cleaning up! ;p

Hey!

Just wanted to give ya a good recipe for a real summer-smoothie! I have been walking in the city all day, and im in a fantastic summer moood! :D The sun is shining and im all healthy!!!! I have laid my life over, so now i am the most healthy person in the world :)

Well, this is a melon smoothie, and it is really refreshing. Try it out! It takes 2 min. to make, and tastes delightful. :)

Melon Smoothie.

for 1. person.

You need:

1/2 melon ( I have used honeydew melon, but you can always try out with other kinds ;) )

1/2 apple. ( You can also poor a little apple juice into it, but it's not necessary, or you could try out with pear! :D )

A splash of elderflower juice, concentrated.

About 3 spoons of ecological vanilla ice cream.

If you want to avoid any kinds of small apple bits, then start with blending the apple. Dont use a blender, it takes far too much time to clean. Instead, use an electronic hand blender (stavblender ;p). That way, you have way less cleaning up to do! Then, put the melon in. There is a lot of juice in the melon, so you wont need a lot of apple juice, maybe even non. Therefore, it is also a good idea to go easy on the elderflower juice, especially because it is concentrated, and therefore strong. you can put that in anytime though, just remember to taste it now and then. When all that is blended good toghether, you've got yourself a delightful juice. To make it into more of a smoothie, add the healthy icecream! :) Blend again till you have a smooth icy consistency. And Voila!

Enjoy your smoothie, and experiment with different varieties of fruit! See ya. :D

Better mood..

Okay, so the 80-party is over and went really well! Now, it is time for a galle night! I think ill wear the black chinese dress... AND the casting tomorrow has been changed for monday, which im quite happy about.. I dont know about all of that, I just don't wanna loose my sparetime in the summer, you know? Cookie and crying..

I am full of despair and eat a cookie.. It helped a little..
You see, I HAVE to sleep now, cause' I have to gain energy for tomorrows 80' party at school, wich I also have to help with.. And the next day, I have to get home fast, get into the shower and get ALL the glitter and yuck out of my hair and then on to a galla party. Im looking forward to it, but i feel like barfing of tiredness... It helps a bit listening to 'Boombox' wich Nathalie have showed through her blog, and eat cookies.. But i havn't got any of my party outfits ready yet. And im f***@@**^¨¨¨sick.. Kinda. And I also have to go to a casting at Saturday! So I am rghlehbfv booked tomorrow, the day after, AND the day after.! GoSH! LEAVE Me AlonE"!!!!!!!!

Skoene kom! :D øhh..?

Ja, skoene kom med posten her i torsdags! eller var det i fredags.? Hvertfald, jeg har fået mine plateau-støvler, og det er rigtig fedt og nice! De er en tand små, så det gør lidt ondt at gå i dem, men jeg bliver aligevel så høj i dem, at jeg ikke skal have dem på en hel aften ;)

Første gang de skal på bliver på torsdag til 80'er festen på min skole. YAY! XD

Sidder og stener O.C sæson 4. Det er fucking dejligt. Er mega træt fordi jeg stod op halv 10, spiste brunch (det lyder ikke så hårdt endnu, men det kommer!) så gik jeg en laaaang (kort) tur i skoven i det gode vejr og så kørte jeg til D'Angletaire hvor jeg satte en veninde af, og så kørte jeg videre til en 3-timers lang casting til en musical. Det var nu meget fedt. ^^D

Last but not least, Anna Kendrick! You might recognize her? She plays Jessica in Twilight and New Moon ;p I love her dress and she is sooo beautiful in it! wow :)

Har lige gået en ur i skoven med min hund, søster og norske kusine, som forøvrigt er på besøg med sin mor. Rigtig hyggeligt :D Jeg snakkede med enmasse fugle.. Rovfugleparret er dog i problemer tror jeg.. De blev jagtet af krager i dag, så så dem ikke så meget..

X-factor i morgen! Kun fem deltagere tilbage så det er spændende.. Nathalie er stadig med, hun går nok langt.. Ja ja da. Og Jesper er der også stadig.. hehe ^^)
